The Heart of the Conference

Commodity AGMs

The annual general meetings of BC’s poultry commodity boards and associations are mainstay events and the heart of the conference. Chicken, hatching egg, egg and turkey each hold their AGM here, bringing producers together for the year’s most important business.

Each AGM delivers essential industry updates, addresses from board members and leadership, financial reports, and often special guest speakers.

AGMs are open to everyone — no conference registration required.

The Signature Evening

Gala Dinner

The conference wraps up in style on Friday evening. Start at the Gala Reception, a relaxed hour to chat and unwind with fellow attendees, then take your seat in the Grand Ballroom alongside some 400 guests from across BC’s poultry sector.

Our emcee, Kevin Lim, leads an evening of exceptional food, hand-picked wines, special awards and the Grand Prize draw — the perfect way to celebrate the year’s work and the people behind it.
