Wendy Bennett is the Executive Director for AgSafe in BC, and serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Agricultural Safety Association.
Wendy has been in the Health and Safety field since 1995. Successfully earning her Canadian Registered Safety Professional designation in 2004, Wendy serves as an instructor with BCIT’s Occupational Health and Safety Certificate program and holds an Executive MBA in Health and Safety Leadership. She earned her undergraduate degree in psychology and sociology and uses this background in working with people on a daily basis. Ensuring agriculture producers have the resources they need to ensure a safe and healthy working environment has been her goal with AgSafe and with CASA. She hopes to continue leading change in the agriculture industry toward a Canada where no one is hurt farming.
